#done did the Playlist this morning it was tough but I was able to do all the high impact versions without modifying them, it was amazing!
Just completed the playlist and realised how far I have come! My fitness levels have improved so much, the first video on todays playlist used to be a killer for me, and now I van manage 2/3 rounds of it! #progress 😊😂
