154lbs (70kg) Seated Shoulder Press PR – MattDoesFitness

This is footage of my seated shoulder press PR from last week. I hit 154lbs (70kg) which is a 24lbs (11kg) improvement from 2 weeks ago when I started the strength programme. It’s not a massive weight but I plan to be hitting a lot more as time goes on.

Also, as I can’t find it anywhere else (and the buddy who gave me the plan is called Kev), from this point on I will refer to this strength programme as Kev’s Strength Plan. I know what you’re thinking and the answer is yes – it took me ages to come up with that.
