This is footage of a session I did this week. I did multiple sets of squats, deadlifts and cleans. I also attempted some 1 rep max’s and managed an overall total of over 1000lbs. I lifted more last year prior to my injury and intend to go a lot heavier over the next few months. My best lifts from last year are squat – 200kg (ATG), deadlift – 190kg and clean – 135kg.
