I’ve said it a couple of times recently but I think it’s safe to say that squats are the lift with which I have made the most progress since starting Wendler. I am really pleased with how they’ve gone thus far and today was no exception. It was my squat day from week 2 of cycle 2 & I smashed another big plus rep set PR! Wooo!
