BIG PR BABY!! Squat Day – Wendler 531 – C2 W1 – MattDoesFitness

Nearing the end of the first week of my second cycle of Wendler 531 Boring But Big (the hardcore version of BBB) and today was squat day. Even though these sessions are always disgustingly difficult, I think that squats have been my most positive lift so far & I have made pretty massive improvements over the 6 weeks. Today went well and I hit another big plus reps set PR. Woo!
