Cheat Days/Meals are DANGEROUS!? – MattDoesFitness

Something that a lot of bodybuilders and general fitness enthusiasts have in common is the concept of a cheat meal or cheat day. This essentially involves spending a designated period of time (during a phase of dieting or calorie restriction) eating as much food as you desire and more often than not it ends up being a huge binge. Donuts, pizza, chocolate, ice cream, cakes and burgers are all common place in the classic cheat day and although this principle works for some people, for the vast majority, I believe it presents a huge risk.
