1. Judo roll with jump – 3 x 8 reps per side
2. Box drill – 3 x 30s
3. Kneeling jump squats – 3 x 10 reps
4. Straight legged calf jumps – 3 x 12 reps
5. Side jump squats – 3 x 12 reps
6. Forward bounds and run back – 3 x 8 reps
7. Half kneeling side taps – 2 x 8 reps per side
8. Plyo push-ups – 3 x 6 reps (go on your knees to work your way up to the final move)
9. Banded samurai pulls – 3 x 14 total reps
10. Step up and knee drive – 2 x 12 reps per side
11. Resistance band bounds – 3 x 8 reps
12. Agility bounds – 3 x 14 total reps

Hey Natacha, i am a bit thorn beteende cut and move plan, not sure which to choose. I want to lose Weight, My last excess fat that i have been carrying forever, then it seems i should choose cut, but i want to focus on strenght as well, to build up muscle to get leaner, do compound moves , and that Will also help me lose fat. i notice that cut had a lot more jumping exercises and hiit, how different are the guides, and what would you thinking i should take? Also i have ben working out for years already,

Hey Natacha! I just purchased your fitness guide ‘cut’ and love it! I was wondering, if I can fit in my rest day in after plyometrics and do the upper, lower and full body days after one another without rest day in between. It’s otherwise hard for me to fit all the workouts in my schedule. Will this be unhealthy or too much for the body?

I have have problems with food … and I still do because I need to keep lowering calories or I don't see changes in my body and I also train a lot but now I tore my ligament so I am in a boot for 3 weeks but since I wanna loose weight I am still going to the gym
I never eat during the day and then at night I eat so much fruit or other stuff and then regret it and "punish" myself by working about more the next day or eating even less … Or something even throw up the food

hi natacha not sure if you answered this before but how long would you recommend resting between sets ?
Can a person follow your guide and eat intuitively to lose weight? I have ocd and it transfers over to my view in food. I had a food disorder when I was younger and it’s something I find difficult to overcome and tends to spring forward when I start tracking. I start obsessing over food and I hate it and don’t want to set that example for my children.
Is it avaliable for androids? I searched it on my app store but it wasn't there 🙁

Natache, I know you are supposed to feel tired during and after a workout, but what point is too much, like being so fatigued you shake and can hardly walk? Is that too much?

One of the biggest perks of your program is the sheer variety of workouts! Even after finishing it, I can go back and have the structure of a workout already there, and I can substitute exercises as I see fit
