Rashid, How can I bulk up in muscle mass.
I am losing weight faster than I would like.
I want to be fit for an amateur MMA fight, but in that process it's making me skinny.
I just started eating a bit more today…but I do HIIT(mma cardio), and jog+shadow often.
It's so weird to be big all my life and then feel so funny in a skinnier form.
I want bigger arm, leg, and butt muscles to fill in where all the flabbiness is/was. :/
First my hips left, now my butt is gone, I won't stop training because it's my dream to fight!
So how can I maintain being a big
B!tch vs the stick that I am turning into? I just started the 3 basic powerlifting points and am loving that💪….
And I've definitely been looking at Your Organic as f*ck plant based protein lol.
