You’d loveee the Gold Coast 😍 I’ve lived here since birth (18 years) & the beaches are just magical 🙌 a few clips are in one of my vlogs… I’m weak though, I only swim if it’s SUPER hot, but coming from England I’m sure you’d be able to swim even through winter. It’s 15 degrees C right now and I’m in a jumper and jeans 😂

I love eating keto(ish), but, I have some particular health issues that benefit immensely from the diet, it may very well not be good for everyone. Still, I can be OK if I "cheat" and carbup once every 1-2 weeks or so, I just start having some serious problems if I over do that or do it more often (and I wish I didn't have to worry about what I eat impacting how I feel). I also IF, and have for a long time without realizing it, simply because eating early doesn't make me feel great. I can easily eat 1000 calories or more in a sitting fortunately, so get everything in at two meals easily.
I really like this video! And I’ve never been a fan of the beach but watching you in the water at the end made me really want to go to the beach LOL, I love water but I’m not very big on the whole sand in your underwear thing xD I just want to go into water now…

I'm new to your channel and I'm so glad you mentioned about fasting & keto, I've recently tried both and they had really negative results with me personally (slight hair loss being one of them, fortunately nothing severe). As soon as I stopped fasting the hair loss stopped. I took up thai kickboxing in January 2020 and found that such little carbs caused terrible performance and muscle loss. I've been watching your videos and the advice you have is wonderful, your channel and authenticity is really inspiring. I'm now focusing on strength training and maintenance/body composition, working out to feel better, rather than strict rules. So thank you for your wonderful advice, I hope I can improve my performance with your additional videos and nutritional advice. I now look forward to where I'm going fitness wise and feel excited rather than disheartened, it's good to see someone in the Media with a healthy mindset towards exercise and fitness.
