Can you cheat every day and still stay lean? I spoken a lot about how I eat roughly 80/20 so I thought I’d make a video explaining exactly what it means and why it helps me to eat balanced with everything in moderation! Hope you like it!

Love this video! I was on Keto for about a month and I could not RUN! Running is my favorite, and I was getting so frustrated because I wasn’t seeing results from Keto, and I wasn’t able to train, so I was staying at a plateau and just staying frustrated. You don’t have to cut carbs drastically to see results. As long as you are in a calorie deficit and training the weight will come off.

I’ve gotten results on not eating clean just working out 5 times a week ,obviously it takes longer to see results and of coarse if you trying to be super lean / compete you can’t do this lol but I do it for balance

I love that you acknowledge the fact that its okay to have 'junk' food once in a while.. Every time I crave chocolate or anything people tell me to eat a banana, like if I eat a banana all its gonna do is make me crave chocolate more😂

Can anyone help me?
I'm not sure I'm doing it right, I'm trying to lose fat

72kg. 1m62 and eating 1800kals a day, within those kals I sometimes eat something "less healthy" so I don't feel frustrated… But some of my foods are really between healthy and un-healthy.
I work out 2 times a week. And walk a lot to get around.
I don't want to slow my metabolism down by eating too little..
If anyone has any tips? Thanks

This is weird, but is the charm on your necklace (the longer chain) jade? I have one that looks freakishly similar on a silver chain that I got in Xi'an, and it would be such a weird conicidence if you had one, too!

I gained 3kgs in 4 days of super big binging. I dont know how to go back to my diet (my tdee is 1500/1600) and lose all this fat. Help anybody. Please 😭

I just started my 80/20 diet after a really strict diet that lead me to being super underweight but I’ve been having super bad bloats and gained about 1 pound in week

So glad this popped up in my recommendations. I’ve loved your channel for a long time but this video was perfect for me rn. I’m struggling with the same thing you described where you ate really healthy and even underate during the week and then binged on the weekends. I’ve struggled with my relationship with food for a looooong time and am working on just looking at food as nourishment rather than good vs bad. You help me so much to do that!!
Btw another thing I really needed to hear rn is STRETCH. Because I’m on week 2 of your home reload program and I currently cannot walk because my calves hurt so bad 😂
