Hey, this is fantastic! I've been always searching for a proper workout. I've bought several such as Freeletics and Superhuman and all of that until a cousin of mine has lost a great deal of kilos. When I asked how he did it, he sent me this video with a "lol" and said, "Well, I've just ate 2 apples and 2 eggs every day whenever I wanted, and I trained that at 5 o'clock PM"
So I'm gonna do it too!
