OMGOSH!!!!! WHAT A WORKOUT! I honestly loved this. I have been following (and doing) workouts from the HASfit Team for the past 4 weeks and that is the longest I have ever exercised. Coach had me at hello! In four weeks my energy and body have changed for the better and I needed and wanted more to tone the inner and outer thighs and that's how I found you. Thank you SO MUCH. I can hardly type my legs are burning so much but I just had to say thank you. I will be back tomorrow x

Love working out in the morning and evenings. Your videos are super motivating. I've been doing a few daily and I've noticed quite a difference in only the last week. My hubby even noticed it and questioned how its happening. Short bursts seem to work best, which is why I love your workouts. Thanks for the positive vibes! 🙂
Love the burn from Hasfit
Loved the workout, REALLY felt like it was doing something! But I do not love how you don't give indication of time (how long each set is for…are they 15 secs? 30 secs? 60??) or have a timer on the screen like Hasfit does. Honestly I've only done this workout once and one of the big reasons is that. Would u try to incorporate time into future workouts? 🙂
