hi coach i have some question plss help me out 
1:- in ramadan time (muslims festival) where we do fasting from 1 hour before sunrise till sun set no drink no eating complete fasting here my question what time you recommend for work out when i am fasting or after breaking the fast coz in gulf countries our fasting time limit is about 15 to 16 hours.
2:-if i go while i m fasting do i need to do cardio coz in normal days i always do 15 to 20 mints cardio.
3:- do i need to b empty stomach when i do my work out.
4:- after my meal i do 30 mints of walking is that good or no
plss help me out your well wisher and a big fan tariq Baloch from Kuwait.
