I also have a few tipps. If one of those tipps just helps 1 person, then I reached my goal with this comment.
– Meditation. You don't have to be a pro at this. Just sit down in the morning after the workout, to cool down, and listen to a guided meditation for beginners on youtube.
– Stretching. It really helps me if I just get a 1 minute break now and then in a busy time and do some stretches. Just a moment to come down again 😊
And, to reduce your stress level in the long run: put your life in order. Easier said then done, but remember: Lucy's workouts make you strong and confident to gain control over your life. Choose what you want to possess and who you want to talk to. If certain things or people don't give you a happy feeling: let them go!

I had breast cancer I just had a scare it returned. Was very stressed. Thankfully I am healthy.

Do you even know, what depression mean? I have sufferd under a depression 2 years ago and you can't ''fight it away'' like you're saying.
What you're telling depressed people is, that they only have to go out of their comfort zone and it will be fine. As if a depression is something, you can fight so easily. It's not about beeing sad or something, it's about to not beeimg able to do anything. It's an illness that only can be cured by medication and therapy!
I know, you only wanted to help people so I'm not mad at you, only a bit confused because it lacks respect…

This helps me so much. Thanks Lucy! Got burned out 3 years ago. I was 20, now 23. Still dealing with lack of energy and negative thoughts but I'm so happy I'm almost graduating from college in july and where I am right now. 2 years ago I couldn't even walk longer than 15 minutes and now I work 3 days a week (8,5 hours) long and tough shifts. I think we need to think more positive and don't compare ourselves. I still do sometimes. But I try to look where I came from and what I can do now, which were sooooo far away 2 years ago. I'm so proud. I still can't handle busy crowds and the supermarket is a bit of anxiety trigger for me. I feel so stupid sometimes but I hope it will get easier in the long way and I'm proud where I'm now 🙂 THANK YOU!!!!!

Lucy thank you so much for the videos and positive messages you share to us. Im having depression lately because I'm looking for a new job and cant find one and I feel depressed and feeling worthless.. But I try to fight it by watching your videos and doing exercise too because I need to lose weight after my ex husband cheated on me.. I hope I can gain my self confidence again and ready to face the world.
