This was great. Pushed myself to do harder moves and managed them better than I expected. Until my ankle kinda gave way when I was doing high knee run on the spot. I hurt it just over a year ago when I was jogging and I've noticed it likes to give way when doing these styles moves. Is there anyway to strengthen it? Should I do a few ankle rolls before I start to warm it up? X

Uuh, feeling so good after this workout;) I would really like to see a workout for good posture;) Like some easy and quick moves like you did for the bust which can be done every day. Btw I have been doing bust exercises almost every day and I think I can see the results;)

Thank you so much really enjoying this challenge. I'm not clean eating but my energy levels have soared and I'm noticing some changes in my tummy. No way could I have gone all the way through this a few weeks ago! 💪🏻👍🏻

This one was tough!! But I felt so good doing it i feel like im so much fitter than when we first did this set because I wasn't struggling with the exercises on the right at all i was ready to start again every minute without a break 🙌😅 this challenge has been amazing thanks so much Lucy 💓💓💓💓💓

Done! I loved all three moves. However, I could not stick to the high impact one during the bonus move and had to go back to doing it low impact.

I love your videos! I'm 44 with both hips replaced and my right wrist fused. I might not be able to do all the moves but I do most of them !

I have been doing your workouts since February this year and I can proudly say I have never been this sweaty!!!

Also, I was just hoping you don't make me do our 'favorite' move but then it had to make a cameo as the bonus move!
