Hi Lucy!! This workout was tough, generally the toning workouts are hard for me to do and I have realised that I have to focus on them more. The truth is that I eat everything like healthy food but also junk food every now and again , because I don't have to lose any weight, I just want to tone my muscles so I'm not in a special diet. So here's my question; How much is my diet going to affect this?

I have a lot of thight fat, mainly in the high part of the leg/hips, what can help me loose some of it to slim down? if I do this 3 times/week will i see some results?

Lucy I find the first/second exercise very painful on the working leg. It would be helpful if you gave more direction about where to position the rest of your body. Should
The supporting leg be inbetween your two arms? Thanks.

I wanted to thank you Lucy for  Making me feel like I can finally stick with a workout routine and it will last today I am feeling so soar but I am going to do it. I had a question I have gained a lot of weight since having my baby 13 months ago and I would  to loose 30 lbs but my other goals are to run a marathon when I am 30 I am currently 26 will be 27 this year so I am wondering how I incorporate your videos with running and if your up coming videos after January will be enough to help me reach the goal or you would suggest a different series that I try. Also this summer I would like to do a tough mudder if you know what that is? What do you suggest I do to work up to that continue with your video series every month or a different series. Sorry this is long thanks for your help Love the quotes in the videos. Emma

hello Lucy. I hope you are having a great weekend. Before I would go to the gym few weeks then I would stop for few months. I was not motivated at all also because it was time consuming and costly. Since 1st January I have started those workouts with you and you make it look easy and I can do them from the comfort of my home……thanks to you….its not boring at all….. I am feeling very motivated, relaxed.

#done I usually do a HIIT workout and then a toning one for every muscule group. So it's about an hour of training every day and I'm already seeing results!! Lucy, thanks so much! Love from Ukraine!❤️❤️❤️

Lucy, i love the january challenge :D. I found the Hiit Workouts to be quite easy so far, but the toning ones are kicking my ass! I love the way you split the toning workouts to target differents bodypart throughout the week 🙂

I would like to know if it's alright to just do these videos every day just the four mins and watch what u eat will it help u get fit and loose some weight . Thanks Paula luv your work outs I'm a nurse I work twelve HR shift night shift and it's hard to fit in a workout that is 30 mins or longer it just makes me not want to do them. Also I'm very tired some mornings when I come in from work it's hard to workout but these four five mins have been working for me about fit but I gain weight when I work out could this be muscle that I'm building .
