I feel like I comment all the time but just had to share that I lost another 2 pounds this week which means I am only 3 pounds away from being in a healthy bmi for the first time since before having my son who's nearly 2!!! But more than that is you have given me back my fitness and love of exercise which I really was beginning to think I wasn't going to get back so thank you so much!!!! x

after a week and a half of being really ill and celebrating my 20th birthday and eating way too much cake, im back to working out!
