I feel like I comment all the time but just had to share that I lost another 2 pounds this week which means I am only 3 pounds away from being in a healthy bmi for the first time since before having my son who's nearly 2!!! But more than that is you have given me back my fitness and love of exercise which I really was beginning to think I wasn't going to get back so thank you so much!!!! x

This was the first workout I was able to do all the way through without stopping! That might sound terrible to others but I'm so proud of myself for trying really hard and making it all the way to the bonus move 🙂 THANK YOU LUCY FOR INSPIRING ME TO CHANGE MY LIFE! xxxx
