dang my abs are the hardest muscle for me to workout but I did it! Took a little longer than you but I did it!
This one was the hardest one ! My body is aching so much but it's worth it 💪🏼
So hard! While doing the workout I could feel the muscles of my neck and my abs hurting! I definitely have to work them harder than I expected!
Still sore from the last 10 days, so did the standing one you had left in the description box, but will do this one tomorrow.
Oh my goodness, this one was so hard my abs hurt and I just finished. But I love the ab workouts the best

Wow the one with the legs going straight up and the extended arms is so difficult, but I can really feel the burn. Thank you so much for these workouts Lucy!! And I laughed at the "I don't need your cousins name" part haha. Much love from Germany!

Going back thru January's workouts I really love this one girlies
This is the first one i really couldn't do after the first round I really found i was straining my neck too much. SO tough, but instead of giving up I went for the standing ab workout and that was much less stressful. Great to have options
Day 11 is killer. My core is so weak it's no wonder I'm so tired all the time. I could only do 3 – 5 on some of them, mostly no more than 10 but I did NOT give up. Just makes me more determined to get fit and healthy.
This one was tough!

I'm only starting the third round but oh my god this was such a tough workout but i love it!!! so good coming back to this challenge and feeling stronger and fitter 💪🏻💗

It's too tough Lucy, this was my first abs work out, I couldn't straight my legs,is that ok Lucy, will I get it done eventually with practice??

Some reason the floor workout hurt my neck and back alot. My neck hurts so much it's a struggle to do them

This was toughest than I could ever thought. Maybe because I’m still soar from all squats we did in previous days! Hahaha!
