It sucks when ur high hormones are high and ur 26 and just want a freak.. all the discipline I have had.. its hard.. I spent years in the gym for what? No wonder women has fallen for me and its rough.. I spent so much time alone in a dark room trying to progress and realize control is key, that at one point I was an addict, and maybe I do just want real love, but that comes from within.
U still eating once a day I’m trying but I haven’t the discipline to deny myself another meal during the day. Does ur body get use to just one meal and can you still lift on 1 meal a day?
