I got bruises on my neck from a chair massage. It did not hurt, but everyone thought they were hickeys.
I have never been the type of person that works out at home, mostly I have danced to stay healthy…. However for the past 3years I've been struggling so much with my depression and let myself lose all motivation.. And these videos really put me back on track!! I love the energy, love the smile and mostly I love feeling like you do care and motivate me through the video. But good lord, those pulses at the end make me scream hahahaha Thank you!!!

Thank you so much Cassey for another difficult workout (we love the pain! LOL). My body has become more defined and toned as a direct result of your workouts. Also my balance has improved twice-fold. You are beautiful inside and out! Also to everyone reading: You can do it! I know the workouts are hard, but you can always modify them. I had to use a smaller range of motion and do less reps at the beginning. It's been almost a year, and now,I am working on is not hitting the pause button! Cassey is a tough lady to keep up with! Good luck to you all on your journeys!

Moves like the crab walk and leg lifts in the standing position cause me to have hip pain. Any thoughts on how to prevent that?

After about 3 months of not working out, this felt pretty intense even without adding booty bands. I loved it! I had missed that energy SO, SO MUCH!
