I was actually looking forward to doing this workout this evening … I've never looked forward to working out ever. I think it's because you're so down to earth and friendly. With other fitness instructors they're so intense and I just feel unconfident, but not with you :). Thank you Lucy for changing my view on exercise xx

Needed something to get me started on toning up for summer! Have just started these workouts after seeing you in Anna saccones youtube, and I'm loving them! Easy to following but definitely not easy on the body! But the aches are a good thing! Means it's doing something (I hope)
I am on a mission to lose 1 stone before summer, and I can't wait to do the rest of these workouts!

Lucy, I sincerely enjoyed today's toning workout for my arms. I love the way you show us the many different ways we can tone our arms. It seems the resources are endless. Thanks again for a great workout. I've completed two of them today. I didn't start right away but am enjoying the challenge of doing two totally different workout routines. Day 1 left a good burn and a nice firm feeling in my bum. Day 2 is leaving a great toned and burning feeling in my arms. It is a well rounded workout.
