It would be so good, if you had Zen yoga there as well, or some similar yoga for 20-25 minutes or so? Does this yoga workout really lengthen your body??
Hi Rebecca this is great, you explain everything so clearly. Great video. Just one question, I find it very hard to do the Tree i can't seem to stay up and balance. Also when I'm doing the Swan pose i find it hard to really keep back up and straight like you do in the video. Any tips please?
Am I the only one who has zero balance? I barely stand on my right or left leg, I need to grab something to keep my balance. I really like this yoga workout though. Great video!

hey, just did this for the first time – I really loved the single moves, and Rebecca-Louise as always is very cheerful and leads through the workout in an impressive great way! The only thing I really couldn't stand was the movements of the cameras, what was the opposite of soothing. In the end, I nearly stopped the video because it was driving me crazy …
what is the name of the second to last pose?? where you come up with arms to the side and then roll back down…ive gotta figure that out. that pose made me really emotional and teary for some reason. thats never happened to me before.

This is a great workout but it's definitely NOT Zen Yoga.
