Never really trained abs more than like 1-3 times every two weeks due to arrogance, but now that I'm cutting and my abs are more defined it's motivated me to hammer them!
I know that losing fat is all about a good diet and running and keeping your abs tone. But could you make a video about how you control your fat?

hi scott i really appreciate your video you're awesome dude… i need a tip though can u help? … i'm strong as fuck but i'm small .. i see people more muscular then me and bigger struggle on the same weight i can do with full range of motion( that includes.. deadlift..squats..bench press and all type of triceps and biceps exercises) and all but i'm no where near as buffed as them can u help please ? i hope u reply to this

My question is this:
I'm trying to go ham on building muscle and have never been so motivated in my life. I have been going to the gym about 5-6 days a week. However, I notice that most beginner programs are full body routines performed only 3 times a week. Is there a split that will allow me to train harder and get more gains than SS/etc? Or is 3x a week truly optimal until I've been lifting for a while?

About abs exercises it's better to do in slow speed when eccentric phase, or better the same speed during concentric and eccentric ?

I did the floor side oblique crunches yesterday for the first time and now I'm sore around my fascia (gluteal aponeorosis) over gluteus medius muscle, according to goolge. Is it suppose to get sore there or am I doing it wrong? I kept it low rep because I didn't know what to expect or how these would actually target my obliques. Glad I did because, ouch man.
