I get tickled about the way the camera follows the sand bag, even on a wide shot when the whole room is visible.
I really enjoyed it ! I did not have sand but used my weighs (3kg) in a bag – i think it worked!!!

You're right. even i was very sad since i workout well for abs but nothing was coming.
