Been really enjoying these high intensity workouts! Would love to see a longer 30 minute session video or just more of these in general since I have been doing them so much lately!
i watched it without sound and when you said "3 sets" you showed 4 fingers ( 00:35 ) so I was really confused and really happy when we switched to circut number 2 after "just" 3 sets 😀 love you Maddie! <3 The workout is a killer 🙂 😉

Those alternating lunges always kill me, I hope soon I'm able to work through all lunges in the circuits with out slowing down. Awesome work out!

I don't have a mat so I made the abs directly on the tile floor. When I started the second round of abs I had so much sweat on my back that everytime it sounded like a massive fart. I know it is not the nicest comment, but boy surely it made me sweat.
The lunges at the end though 🥵💦. Thank you for the great burn, Maddie ❤️!!
would have been better if the breaks were spaced out, the lunges hurt my knees after burpees
