I can't even explain how much I love this workout. It has to be my favorite core workout ever! The intervals are perfect and the push toward that 30-second break is so motivating to me. I have come back to this video at least five times in the past couple of weeks. I would love to see more of these types of workouts if you are up for it! Thank you for everything you post!!

I do killerworkouts 6 days a week. After the killer workout I hop in to kickboxing. And I do these ab workouts like: Monday not Tuesday I do Wednesday not Thursday I do. Tbh I hate these workouts but I do really feel them and you do the constructions so good! Sunday cardio really helps me to not throw up after like before 😂 if anyone wants my training schedule. Look in the comments of this comment.
