Just when I thought burn sets are painful enough. Then you add this. Great job Scott! Really finishes my chest. On a side note, do you follow the MYOB rule at gym or do you tell some asshat swinging a 100 lb barbell around to do proper form?

No, actually it is scientifically proven that a flat bench engages both the lower and upper pectoral muscles, there is no "middle-pec". Besides, you will be weaker on the second pec exercise than you were on the first.

The medicine ball pushups work the lower chest. When your chest is above your feet
