Thanks for the Video Scott. I've always have been impressed by your work. Currently I've been cutting and trying to get back into running. I always got bored of running, so I tried out Pokemon Go to relive my childhood and try intervals outside with it. I was amazed of how well it worked and kept me motivated to run haha. You should try it. Maybe this game will get people to stop being so lazy.

Idont get it… 4 rounds of that circuit is 8 mins.. the original tabata protocol is 8 rounds for 4 mins. how do you come up with 4 rounds in 10 mins?

Has anyone used the Fenoboci Diet Plan to lost a lot of weight? Just simply do a google search. On there you will discover a great suggestions about how you can lost lots of weight. Why don't you give it a shot? maybe it can work for you too.

I have allergies on many foods and It is hard for me to find a diet that doesn't include particular foods. Then my friend sent me link to the website called Agoge Diet where I can get personalized meal plan only with food I select. My fitness journey has just started, what about you?
