Hey Scott, I was hoping you can make a video on this topic or reply with a video that you already made. When starting to train should you get your body lean before eating to gain muscle mass or should you just gain the muscle mass then cut the body fat. I would say my bodyfat percentage is around 25% but my toughest obstacle is how much should I eat. You can check out my photos on http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/johnamity/ to see what i mean.
Scott thank you for making this video I needed this I been out from the gym for about 2 months dealing with alot of anxiety and depression at the moment and finishing school but im getting better mentally each day trying to stay positive because being out of the gym is hard for me because I love to train been at it for 3 years already but I believe when I get back I will be better than I was before thank you for all you do Scott you are a real inspiration to me to keep working hard and to never give up on my goals and dreams thank you.

I have the drive and motivation. it my body won't listen to me. I know I can do 10 reps my body wants to stop and start screaming at me at 3 , but I push through but then my minds like naw stop at 4, but my spirit takes me to 8. I just don't know why it won't work with me

My problem is I'm always a beginner. I get pissed with myself, I push myself to workout, I feel weak, I dont see any change, I give up I fall in a depression, I hate myself for being a lousy piece of shit, and then I workout again. I never advance.
