So I really don't want to jump on the "Athlean X is pure evil" bandwagon, but I tried his "perfect" weight loss program and it was terrible. I had tried Scott's about a year earlier and so I decided to come back to his page and I can say that as someone who's still wrestling with weight loss, this program is so much better.
And also, Jeff should leave the comedy to the Buff Dudes.
I usually just piece together my own routines and didn’t expect much but great video credits to u man
To be honest first time I tried it I did it yes but it was hard second time when I did it when I finished the work out I felt little more energized
Also is t doing reps slow better than doing fast???

We are in world longest and strict lockdown and I always watch your at home workout videos gives me motivation and today I tried your at home upper body workout and after I done i saw the pump I felt and I had biggest smile on my face. Your workout is so great. Every exercise hit your body and that’s the sign that you are actually working out.

this has been my upper body routine ever since covid and i swear to you i’ve made some serious gains just from doing this
I'm an old guy (75) but still enjoy this workout. However I need a minute to a minute 30 between rounds. Run out of breath before I run out of muscle.
That second round catches up to you.
How effective will this be for muscle gain?
