Video idea: I need help and tips on how to start getting control of my diet. I have no control whatsoever, besides trying to eat reasonably healthy. But once ppl start talking about carbs and protein ratios and so forth, Im lost. Getting a controlled food program seems a lot more work than working out! So, DIET HELP FOR TOTAL BEGINNERS PLS!

Hi Scott. I've recently found out about ur channel. I'm doing about 7 km on the treadmill. bench press 15 kg around 100 times, squats 50 times, sit ups 50 times and bench squat 50 times. I eat about 4 times a day which is around more than 2000 calories. I don't get any help so I'm not sure if this is good or I should change it up. I'm 16 and 71 kg and I've started this for more than a month.

Hi Scott, I have been a follower for a while but I stopped working out for while (3 months) after a very active life style… I have one problem though I feel as my physquie from the side looks big (Not to sound big headed haha) but from the front I look tiny! Why is this do you know? Is there certain muscles a may want too target more instead?
