Scott, I worked out/stretched my rotator cuff muscles yesterday and woke up with bad shoulder pain its 60% better now, but is it normal to have rotator cuff pain after working on them for almost 45 minutes?
Also when I do side lateral raises I only feel it activate my front delts and i can't tell if I have a fair sized side delt compared to my front delt, my posture makes side raises feel awkward but I try to do exercises to hit my rear delts but feel it work my side delts, in confused because of that lol, is it possible for side lateral raises (with arms straight) to mostly work front delts rather than the side delts? I need to bring my side delts up lol. Even considering risking wide grip upright rows for side delt gains
