And when he says 20 working sets he means for that one muscle group like in this instance the chest. So if your doing push pull push pull then you split that 10 sets for the chest that week or id your doing full body x3 a week than you divide that accordingly. Dont do 20 sets on your chest more than once per week lol. Youre going to overtrain and you wont make gains because the damage is so high that you dont give yourseld enough time to heal.
The half reps with steroid users is super facts, I always see these bodybuilders in their vidshalf repping when their absolutely massive. I always wondered why but now I know.

I like using dumbbells, but I don't like that I have to go up in weight by 10 pounds. So if I'm benching 80 pounds with two 40 pound dumbbells and I want to go up in weight, then I have to grab two 45 pound dumbbells, which are just too much. On the bar I can do 5 pounds with two 2.5 pound plates.

Try using dips with elbows locked through the entire range of motion, pretty much do a shrugging movement. This will DESTROY the lower chest

You are a very humble guy
I did what you explained to utilize TUT in my chest training (and other body part training as well) as variation to maximize muscle tissue breakdown.
In my experience, just only use 2x10Kg dumbble with 6-8 reps (very slowly movement & maximal contraction), the soreness and damages were very great & effective to my chest muscles
Excellent advice. I do utilize half rep techniques as well as full motion in an attempt to stimulate more muscle fibers but I know from doing these that you speak truths. I'll be subscribing to your instagram and Facebook. Also player ass haircut btw.
