How not to deadlift… the weight should be mid foot not the end of your toes causing more stress on your erectors (low back)

Working out from home today and had to improvise to make a 15-lb. weight. I put my two 2.5-lb weights in a bag along with a bunch of change I had in a Ziploc bag and a half a bag of potatoes! 🙂 Worked great!
the second video from you I tried and get pain in the lower back. dont think this is good. why is that?

Why do I always feel the burn in my back and my quads? I'm really trying to do the exercises properly, but I cannot feel my butt muscles. I feel so upset allready, since I'm trying for quite some time, tried different exercises and everything. And because I have hip dips I would really like to grow some muscles in butt and hip area.

This is really great. My hamstrings and glutes are so weak. You kept saying this was beginner but I found it hard. I am hugely quad dominant from running and it's causing me heaps of issues such as really severe knee pain. So I'm trying to even up my body.
