You could do 45s/15s instead of 40s/20s for more effectiveness. We do need some time to switch posture but I think 15 seconds would be enough.

Hey Maddie, I love your workouts so much and I've been doing 1 or 2 a day! I would like to leave a suggestion, put different music on your videos. For someone watching 2 or 3 videos of yours a day it's really annoying to have that same track all the time. It stays in my mind the whole day and that is making me not wanting to watch another video (only that). Keep up the good work and thank you so much!! Xxx
