This was beneficial I'm a "retired" gymnast and dancer too, so coming back to some of these stretches was good but challenging, the splits especially, plus I haven't done a bridge in decades. I had to start on my head first then push myself up, but I can tell my arms and back are not strong in this position. However I was surprised I did anything at all!
I'm a chef/baker, so stand most of the day. More back/lower back exercises and stretches would be great for me.

I liked this! it would also be great to see a video on how to get our back and arms flexible enough for a bridge! Right now I cannot push my arms fully straight (they are super tight) and hold myself in that position. thank you!
it is not necessary to have a certificate to be a good yogi or a yogi teacher. people who started doing and teaching yoga twenty years ago also do not have a certificate, or if they do, they did it later on. that od the "yogi certificates" is just a new business that came up a few years ago. I like how you teach yoga. namaste!
