Single leg mountain climbers – 1 mins ( left )
Single leg mountain climbers – 1 mins ( right )
Windmills – 1 mins ( left )

Leg drop with scissors – 1 mins
Plank jacks – 1 mins
L leg drops pulses – 1 mins
In and out – 30 sec
Flatter kicks – 30 sec

I honestly can't tuck my booty under while doing this workout. I can keep my back pressed to the ground tho. I also try to engage my core
I try to really press my back into the mat but through every exercise my back is hurting like mad and my thighs get really sore. I can’t finish some of these just because of the pain, not because my abs are sore. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong really
