Holy shit I’m literally dripping no joke I’m so sweaty. Best workout I’ve done so far. It’s really beat it out of me but I feel great. Couldn’t do some of them for the whole 30seconds but I kept going when it was time to start a new one.

Great workout again. I could not get those flip kicks for the life of me. I’ll have to practice them. I gave on ONLY those and did high knees instead, just to keep moving. This really is an intense cardio workout. Thank you again.

U've one the most amazing hiit workouts in youtube that benefits most of us especially during this covid period. The workout makes me thought that it wasn't that hard I'm so wrong left me sweating like a heavy downpour. Did this one 2x for a good 24mins cardio plus your core and thighs workout👍
I highly recommend her videos to all including those who are new to hiit (go for beginner) before u try to attempt Pamela Reif (no pause workout😅). It is effectively and of course with sensible diet as well…

The first exercise was impossible for me, I almost injured myself trying. So, I eliminated and split the second one (push ups and downward dog) and it was fine.
