Amazing video! Really Need to get a bigger back so I'm going to try this.
I've been training for 6 months now, seen some serious gains after 5 months, and have been cutting for a month and lost about 5kg since. I was wondering if I should still use the cheat and recover method, even while cutting and still being fairly new to weightlifting. I've been using it on my bicep curls and have been loving them ever since., but i havent used them before in compound movements like bent over rows before. Is it a good idea to implement them on them? Love the video's they have been helping me so much already

More misrepresentation…. all that ego lifting is not going to do much, if anything at all…. I don't think you know the true meaning of overload! Overloading your ass is the wrong answer!
Using as much weight as possible is telling everybody it's okay to use bad form! Now you're going to use cheat reps on top of bad form… that's cheat reps gone bad…. you're all about feed your ego, and develop small muscles!
