i dont like cheat curls because i feel fain in my shoulder and I feel i could use biceps more effective with lighter weights and not use momentum

Hey Scott, I have seen some gains here and there, however i want to have bigger arms.Can I do this workout everyday or just once or twice a week? Also I can feel my six pack, but i dont see them no matter how many times i flex. Can you recommend me a great workout to help me out in my six pack? Please!! 🙁
