hey +ScottHermanFitness i use to watch other videos back in the day and i remember people talking about something similar to this but they called them drop sets, not really informed on how this workout works yet but if you are just starting to try it i wonder if theres more info out there somewhere on how to get better results and not accidently overtrain

Move you hands a bit out. about a finger or two. just outside the legs.

Once the weight starts breaking you. Pop you ass out. Bring the legs in and down. Sinks in under the bar. And Squat the bitch up. Don't tug it with your arms. Take adcantage of the leg drive and Just squat it up.

Then maybe move the pins up one or two settings. And do the same for a couple of doubles or singles. I say you can add another 3 plates that way. Lifting it an inch or two. Just to overload those traps.

Same goes for the Shrugs. Lay the weight all on the Legs. Drive up with the Hips. As explosive as you can be. Not slow. Just get it up. Catch and let that shit stretch those traps.

Incorporate. Alot more Glute, core, forearm, low back Extensor work as well.

Bulgarian split squats, Jeffersons (knee and floor), Zerchers, Cheat Rows, Cheat Shrug/power Shrugs, Reverse Hypers, Neck training. Will brings in a yoked Scott. ( Who knows maybe growing the beard for a while)

I was starting to discover this cheat and recover method on my own when I became desperate to make my biceps grow. Surely enough Scott emphasized it and now I'm definitely gonna continue with this. It's all about lifting heavy ass weight and controlling it all the way down, when you do this you are literally FORCING your muscles to grow. Just imagine holding on to the super heavy weight like your freakin life depended on it, when you focus on that kind of strength training, you are giving your muscles no option but to grow!! Thanks Scott for the encouragement and influence! Been following you Scott since the beginning of my fitness evolution 6 years ago 😀

How come on the on the downward part of the cheat part of bicep curl why were you not going slow fighting the downward part of the move. also on the cheat part i didnt really see any cheating looked like a normal 40lb curl? please help. thanks.
