It's first thing what I do on this Sunday morning 😀
Those tiny baby cirkels beat up my tiny ab muscles! Great ab routine. Normally we do the heavy stuff but this baby Kelsey Lee beats up your baby abs real good. Just circles like wax on wax off. I had to knew when i saw mr Miyagi teaching the boy in Karate Kid. Circles circles circles!

The timer & exercise name doesn't match what she's doing. Very distracting

you have a nice body
Abs are made in the kitchen. The only way for that six pack to actually show is through a deficit diet. Obviously, exercising them will make them larger and therefore more easily defined, but without a proper diet you will have a 2 pack regardless of how many crunches you do.
If you are looking to burn up fat quickly, you should do a google search Nifty Fat Blaster. That might help you get the body you deserve.
