this is probably a really stupid question but i'm trying to start working out regularly and i'm experiencing really bad pain during these stretches, does that mean i'm doing them wrong or is it like a good thing?
When I'm on my back pulling a leg in, where am I supposed to be feeling it? I have my quad touching my body completely already because I have a bit of a stomach. Should I adjust this stretch to feel it more?

I love this routine but this background music was really difficult to deal with; very distracting and repetitive.

I thought static stretching was bad before excercising
I Love this stretch video 9 weeks in it and it has helped with my back pain and kidney cramping.
It’s my 5 years-best-stretching. Routine itself is so good, but also i love her energy as well as advices during routine.

3) I think I am doing something wrong.. When you stretch the hip I can only feel my inner thigh…
4) Kelsey, can you do a (lower) back workout which is as fun as your leg workout? (or have you already done one?)

I’m not sure which one of your workouts I did yesterday. I’m not seeing it today. You were in Canada and outdoors. It was three moves three ways or something…. My thighs are SO SORE today! Thanks!

I love this stretch! You are very articulate with your explanation of the moves and there purpose. LOVE THIS VIDEO. I do wish tho that maybe you could remind us to take those much needed DEEP breaths during EACH move. I personally, use a tablet to watch, and I either have to … keep lifting my head to see your transitions, OR… I can just listen intently. Which in THAT CASE, I'm listening and forgetting to take those DEEP, DEEP BREATHS. I LOVE THIS VIDEO!. but could love it more! Lol! Thanks, and good luck with your leg injury
The best stretch by far
I love this stretch session. I can tell during the day when I’ve been rushed in the morning and not stretched. When I do stretch, I feel so good throughout the rest of my day.

I dislike when stretching instructors ask you to give your all for a particular stretch and concentrate and focus while then overwhelming you with other anecdotal information/stories/instructions while your trying to stretch. slow it down and lay off stimulants. your not doing an infomercial.. or are you?

This stretching routine makes me feel so great afterward. I feel really calm afterward, my breathing is steady, and I feel like I could take a nap lol! I'm going to try and do this video 3-4 times per week! P.S. I like wearing funky socks too Kelsey 😀
