Anyway, could you please film the whole session in real time like you do in your other videos? I mean, don't just say "repeat this for 3 sets", but actually do and record 3 sets. (Feel free to cheat and copy-paste a set 3 times if that saves you time.)

Just done this today, at home using 6kg (13.5lb) and 8.5kg (almost 19lb) even managed shoulder presses with 19lb, most I've ever pressed. I only managed 7 reps but I think I may gain by lifting heavy and increasing reps. I'm impressed by your 22.5lb shoulder presses for someone so lean. So you're inspiring me to progress, thanks once again 🙂 🙂 I'm surprised you don't get more guys following you
