this has been my favorite workout for a few months <3 perfect pace and perfect amount of difficulty, especially for a beginner like me
Such a great core workout!!! I felt the burn but at the same time felt myself get stronger!!!
My biggest problem is my neck gets stiff and tense during most of these excercises. Is it normal? It's the most painful part for me 😀

Really loved this abs workout in particular!! My abs were burning but I also managed to get through it and even in what I would consider one of the 'easier' exercises focus on tensing and doing it in the exact right way to make it still hit the mark. Thank you 🙂
