Did this yesterday plus 20 minute bike intervals. Felt easy but my glutes quads n hammy r nice and sore today….good endurance routine 🙂

I don't understand why the instructor can't just explain the exercises as she does them, instead of wasting time demonstrating first. It seems to be a new trend and to me if feels like a waste of time.

Is the time important like should i do it more than 30 minutes or not?
Tried this for the first time this morning and completed the first half. Once she got to the wall sit, I just sat on the couch. 🤦🏾♀️ Great work out. I felt the burn in my thighs, calves and glutes and it gave me some cardio as well. Heart was bumping and broke out into a little sweat.

great video. The pistol one leg exercises are really hard on the knees. Is there an alternate that has similar benefit?
