The 15 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It’s a circuit, so we complete Move 1, Move 2, Move 3, Move 4, Move 5 and then repeat.
1. Pivot squats
2. Opposite toe touches
3. Jack to narrow jump
4. Down dog to kick back
5. Kneel to squat with knee drive

I’m genuinely surprised by how far I’ve come. I’ve been doing HIIT for about a month using different influencers and I didn’t realize how far I’ve come in my stamina bc I was able to finish “no problem.” It was still a challenge but normally this would kick my ass
I watched the video first to see if it was something I could do. Me who never exercises: easy I probably won't even sweat Me 15 minutes later sweating in places I didn't even know I had: alright let me subscribe
first time trying this and the 30s breaks make me feel so motivated that I did an extra round, so 4 rounds total :))) (I do pamela's reif's workouts 2-3 times a week too so if you're just starting out don't get discouraged and just stay moving!!!)

I’m 12- and this might sound cringey for a 12 year old, but I weigh 124 pounds, and I want to change that. So I am going to work out every day, I’m gonna eat healthier, and I’m gonna eat less. I’m gonna look at this at the end of the year, and hope this did something. Wish me luck.
