How long till you see results from doing Xhit workouts? Because ive been doing them for a week and dont see much of a difference.
Standing ab workout
Hey guys! Cause my mom would is a bit inspired by me working out with XHit, but i couldn't find a right video for her to do. Is it dumb to ask you could you do the workout for someone whose over 50 years old, who wants to start excersising a bit? I hope you would do this. Thanks in advance! And once again thank you for your amazing work for XHit 🙂
Can xhit look into Blake lively arm workout. That's one area is like to slim down in, I often feel that I'm bulking up after I do an arm workout and that's not what I want. I have natural shoulder muscles and so not want to work those any more. Please look into Blake's slender arms and consider a workout modeled after her.

Theresa Lu it takes time for u to see results when u first start working out. One week is really nothing. U could probably loose an inch or so in about a month…but it takes months before u start seeing more results. I am not bring rude I am just trying to be realistic wit u. I don't want u to give up because that's why some of us give up do fast. We didn't and I include myself gain all this excessive weight over night. Any type of workout takes time before u can see some or real results.

First of all, 50 is the new 30, so mom doesn't have anything to worry about! She should be comfortable doing any of our non cardio or high impact workouts. Most of the static workouts are suitable for all ages 🙂

Hi Kelly I'm a new subscriber. My question to you is, can you do these exercises every single day or should you? Or three times the week so the muscles can recover and grow bigger to take away the fat? Also what does it mean on your video Full body workout 3×3? I'm thinking that means do all these exercises three times in a day? Or is it three times a week? Really need to hear from you so I can start my exercises to do them properly. Take care Carrie
