Today is all about legs and abs. These are the first parts of the body to show weight gain, and the last to show weight loss. Therefore, we really have to work to get results. I know no one will see this but this is my daily updates. Before i do the workout, i just wanna say how scared i am🤢.
DAY 1 – Jesus Christ. This was so difficult. But i do feel slightly stronger and alot of leg ache 😣😋 i had at least 5 breaks. SMJH. see ya tomorrow x
DAY 2 – Honestly, im surprised with myself. As well as eating healthy too, i really think the workout this time was so much easier! Only had two 3s breaks. I feel so much stronger and less leg ache! See ya tomorrow x
Day 9
Sorry i havnt updated but i didnt see thr point cause nothing had changed. However, after this session i looked in the mirror and was a little shook. As well as doing a separate leg AND Ab workout, my stomach and legs are really toned!! I also feel better mentally too!!

the wall sit is easy lmao yall just need more practice then you can do 4 mins without feeling it barely like me
