Definitely the most sweaty workout I’ve ever done 🥵
I didn’t realize how out of shape I’ve gotten. Only halfway thru the first round and I had to stop cause my legs were giving out and I was breathing so hard it hurt my throat 💀
Oh well, I’ll keep trying it and see how long it takes til I can finish it in one go 😅
Always good when the sweat from the workout provides an extra challenge – be careful on the mat especially at the end when you’re trying to do a plank walks and hold a steady plank. What a workout!

Killer workout. Short, but very intense. I'll have to work up to being able to complete it fully. I also love the low impact exercises
Good workout. 1 critique your form is off for that lower plank. Shoulders need to be aligned with elbows and that booty as you say needs to be down more.
I so appreciate these workouts. Pre Covid I was a gym rat. I have not returned to the gym since Covid began. I really love these workouts that you do Maddie. It allows me to still get a really great workout without going to the gym in the big busy city where I live and no doubt being exposed to Covid. Thank you!
Oh my god at first I always scrolled over this workout saying ah this has no jumping it won't be that hard I'll find an other one.
